GB Európa Ingatlan Dandár Ingatlanfejlesztő Ltd was established in 2004 by Benyakar Israel and the Gindi Group. The founders have an enviable record of meeting the challenges of the Real Estate market in Israel, USA and Europe.GB Európa's headquarters are located in the center of Budapest. The real estate company is developing residential properties in several locations at Hungary.

The portfolio of the group is about 5000 units including the finished Lőrincliget in the 18th district and Silverside apartmanhouse in 9th district, the ongoing projects as the Ciprus Ház in 8th district, Duna Terasz in 13th district, Zen Garden in the 3rd district and the high level Madárhegy residences in 11th district as well as the projects under preparation as the green project type residential development at the Soroksári Danube bank in 23rd district, and the small town scale green zone development in 18th district at Halomi út. The company is also in the process of expanding localy and internationally and seeks to expand and broaden the depth of its international activity mainly in Eastern Europaen countries. Benyakar Israel, the Managing Director of GB Europa

Benyakar Israel, one of the founder and principal of GB Europa, brings to the enterprise nearly four decades of experience in real estate development, sales, and finance.

He has a history of real estate development dating back to 1975, when he established the Ben Yakar Gat Ltd with Benyakar Benjamin and David Gat. Benyakar Gat has been traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since 1982. During the years they employed nearly 1000 employees, constructed over 1.000.000 square meters of office and public buildings, shopping centers and over 10.000 residential units in Israel and in Poland.

In 2001, the Benyakar brothers resigned from the company and sold their stocks. With 38 years real estate experience they decided to invest in Middle Eastern Europe. Benyakar Israel is the founder and Managing Director of BYL Properties Ltd in Budapest, a position he has held since 2003. He is also a member of The Israeli-Hungarian chamber of Commerce & Industy. Benyakar Israel has a long standing relationship with Budapest and he is passionate in his love of Budapest and his dedication to Budapest's Real Estate market.
